Postural and corrective re-education in developmental age is addressed to children and adolescents between 6 and 14 years of age whose bones are still not completely developed and therefore still possible to be modified through correct and appropriate exercises.
The workout includes a series of muscle lengthening, reinforcing and balancing exercises, both static and dynamic, carried out in small groups of maximum 4 children, under the Physiotherapist’s control.
The aim is postural defect (or paramorphism) correction, particularly in order to prevent possible future degeneration (scoliosis, kyphosis, hyperlordosis, etc..) by improving body awareness, postural alignment and control.
